Council consideration of Chandler mansion Use Permit rescheduled for February 23
CHANDLER, Ariz. – The City Council's consideration of a use permit to allow a large mansion in west Chandler to become an event venue has been rescheduled from February 9 to Thursday, February 23.
Called Chateau de Vie, the 13,000-square-foot mansion sits on 10.5 acres with a lake at 1220 N. Kyrene Road. The owners have applied to the City for a Use Permit to convert the mansion into an event facility with a bed & breakfast and bistro and requested the continuance to the Council's February 23 meeting.
The City Council meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 88 E. Chicago Street.
