LOCATION:	67 W. Culver Street - Margaret Hance Park
DATE/TIME:	Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:53 pm
SUSPECT/S:	B/M, 15-19 years old, short dark hair, wearing a black jacket, dark pants and armed with a handgun   B/M, 15-19 years old, wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt with a large picture on the front of a woman's face, and an "NFL" ball cap
VEHICLE:	No Information   NARRATIVE: On Friday, January 6, 2012 at approximately 11:53 pm the victim was walking through "Margaret Hance Park" located at 67 W. Culver Street in Phoenix.  The victim was confronted by 4 suspects and one suspect was armed with a handgun.  The suspects demanded the victim's wallet and cell phone.  The victim advised he did not have a wallet and that his cell phone had a GPS tracker.  Suspect #1 then fired the handgun striking the victim in the stomach and leg.  All four suspect ran from the area eastbound towards Central Avenue.  Approximately ten minutes prior to this shooting, the victim had observed these same suspects at a Metro Light Rail bus-stop located at Central and Roosevelt.  The victim took several of these suspects photos with his cell phone at that time.  One of the cell phone photos was used for the Silent Witness Reward Bulletin.  Please contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (480-948-6377) or on our website at silentwitness.org, with any information about this crime     Silent Witness Sgt.
